I believe that yoga is for everybody and every body. I would be honored to share my practice with you and be part of your practice.
I’m a yoga instructor in Boston and on the South Shore, having graduated from Jacqui Bonwell’s nine-month, 200-hour training program in 2017. I am Yoga Alliance certified and also hold a Level One Balanced Athlete instruction certification. My yoga journey goes back to 2009, when I was in college. Hoping to fill some of my class schedule with something a little “easier,” I enrolled in a twice-weekly yoga course. Little did I know how much of an impact those classes would have on me. Yoga and meditation have remained constant in my life ever since.
Current teaching schedule:
Sunday 11 am – 12 pm, South Shore YMCA (members only)
Sunday 12:15 – 1:15 pm, South Shore YMCA (members only)
